Today I purchased a car at Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. Nick Theodor was my sales consultant. I've been buying cars for more than 45 years and this was the best experience I've EVER had at a dealership. The facility was spotless and the employees professionally dressed. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. They even offered fresh coffee while I waited for Nick to finish up with another customer. As for Nick - he's a seasoned pro and handled my transaction with incredible efficiency. But most importantly, he listened to everything I said and delivered exactly what I asked for without the classic up-sell nonsense. What an amazing difference and what an OUTSTANDING dealership.
