During two of our visits we brought our very active toddler to the dealership and Nick was so great in helping us entertain him - the sales office actually ended up giving him chocolate treats to help us out. :) We are very happy with our new Honda and feel we recieved a fair price - not to mention the delivery was super quick! A Fourth Home Run for Nick Theodor and Team Valley Honda!! One of my daughters has a husband she's helping to get through college while also raising our beautiful grandson and their first child. She recently g One of my daughters has a husband she's helping to get through college while also raising our beautiful grandson and their first child. She recently got a job but without reliable transport it's been a struggle to borrow different vehicles from different relatives and set them up for the baby only to undo it all when returning the car to its owner. My wife and I decided it was time to step in and there was never any question about where to go. It was time to contact my "Go-To" guy at Valley Honda, Nick Theodor, from whom I had already bought three new CIVICs in the last eighteen months . Sure enough, he responded to my Monday morning email, gave me a few options for the particular CR-V that I was looking for. By that evening, after work, I was test driving them, working with a very patient Nick while vacillating over a used 2016 or a new 2017. Needless to say, he stayed until after the dealership closed so that we could conclude the deal on the pristine 2017 model, We agreed I would return the next day to do the pickup after the service people installed a couple of dealer options. But things changed for me so that I couldn't get to the dealership to do the pick up but true to form, Nick kindly delivered the vehicle to my home that same evening and all was well. We're delighted to have it and I will be presenting it to my daughter on Saturday when she and her family will be over at our place. I can't wait to see the look on her face because it's a total surprise for her. Thank you once again, Nick. Another home run! More
