Efficient transaction My wife and I just purchased her CR-V this week; which was our second time purchasing from Valley Honda. As with the first time, our purchase went th My wife and I just purchased her CR-V this week; which was our second time purchasing from Valley Honda. As with the first time, our purchase went through without any gimmicks. The staff involved in our transaction was Nick Theodor in Sales, Kurt Gonzalez in Sales Management, and Roxann Murray in Finance. Prior to stepping foot in Valley Honda, we had pre-arranged financing with our own lender; we also had our trade-in (that we owned outright) appraised by three local dealerships. We also shopped around the extended warranty from other Honda dealers online. These three steps were key to get the deal done on our terms. When we visited Valley Honda, Nick did a great job making sure the CR-V Touring met all of our expectations. My wife and I had our two year old with us to check the car seat installation and ingress/egress to the vehicle. Nick was patient with us and went through all of the features during the delivery process. Kurt pulled strings to make sure our conditions were met on the trade-in value and the financing. Once in the finance office, Roxann walked through all of the add-on spiels and was respectful when we declined the ones that were not right for our purchase. We did agree to the Honda Care extended warranty. Roxann’s initial price for the 6yr/100k plan was too high; and once I shared my competitive quote she beat it by a decent amount. Since we had a trade-in and OEM Financing, our transaction took under two hours to complete. While it is a bit longer than ideal*, Valley Honda met our expectations 100%. *For comparison, I bought a Honda Pilot from another dealer only four weeks prior…I was in-and-out within one hour since I had my own financing complete and did not have a trade-in. More

From our test drive through the entire decision process, Nick was quick and efficient in answering our questions. Where so many other dealerships seem to be over "salesy", Nick and others at Valley Honda understand that buying a car is a big decision and truly want you to be happy with your purchase. Whereas other dealerships wanted to pressure us into higher cost cars with other bells and whistles, Nick understood we were looking for a reliable family car and never once tried to upsell us on something we didn't need. They were quick to negotiate a fair price and able to secure the color we wanted. Best of all, we feel comfortable with calling Nick with any questions. We are excited about our first Honda vehicle and look forward to many years of fun in the car. More
