We came in to look at the Honda Odyssey. Nick was friendly and helpful from the moment he walked up to introduce himself to when we drove our new Honda off the lot. He was very friendly and patient during negotiations which is always the most stressful part. We felt comfortable through the entire process. He spent a great deal of time showing us specific features on the Odyssey which saved us hours of reading the manual. ;) He helped us personalize and program settings which was wonderful! We arrived in the afternoon on a Saturday, and the dealership closes at 6pm. We didn't end up leaving Honda until about 7:30pm when all things were said and done. Nick stayed with us that entire time and never for a second seemed put out to have to stay later than he had expected that day. Overall we had a wonderful and pleasant experience with both Valley Honda and Nick Theodor. I would recommend him to friends and family and will be back looking for him the next time we need a vehicle. More
