To-day I stopped by at the dealership to check on getting a damaged fender repaired. Nick saw me and greeted with great enthusiasm, when he saw the damaged fender he showed great concern and tried and suc a damaged fender repaired. He then gave the car a complimentary carwash and Lorenzo wiped the car dry. The car is fixed so well and I can not believe that I damaged the fender, it looked very very normal. This is very good example of great service after the sale. I bought the car from Nick almost three years ago and he still remembered me and helped in time of need. Usually salesmen do not even bother to greet after the sale is completed. You at Valley Honda should be proud of Employees like Nick and Lorenzo. My sincere thanks to Nick and Lorenzo who came to my rescue, this morning and made mu day that started very rough. More

I and my wife where very happy with the whole experience .The only comment on the negative side was i felt rushed when we came to pick the car up when i was in the finance office i was asked to rate i .The only comment on the negative side was i felt rushed when we came to pick the car up when i was in the finance office i was asked to rate if i had been explained service department details that never happened , In the delivery area our phone was paired to the car but nothing was explained about the interior controls I pulled out into a rainstorm an had no idea as to where the button was for the defog, I was asked to rate delivery of the vehicle when i was in the sales office ,That document should have been the last document handed to me before leaving .I feel that the location and the deal was great it is just the delivery experience needs to be improved. More

He was pretty quick and ran around alot getting answers when he didn't know something but was overall very knowledgeable and thor dealer's policies. Didn't like that at the end of long and tiring buying process, approached to also decide and having very limited time to do so about add ons! Not given the option to change our mind on them after we decided...Buyers be well prepared ahead of time and research extended warranties vs what your own insurance policy has to offer and whether the trade off are worth tacking on another almost $ 2,000 to your overall cost and financing. Same with other items, like molding, rustproofing etc.; Not having the luxury of time unless you walk away from the deal and return another, is really a bummer..felt unprepared and forced...but it all works out in the end. 0.9 financing great although most competors offer 0% Happy with the choice, besides the vehicles overall reliability and safty rating having the extra room inside is huge... Could have used a couple of more charging outletss in the middle rows, a usb port and an ac outlet which only come with the higher end model which starts at about 12,000 more. Not having the lights indicate what gear you are in next to the gear shifter is annoying..sometimes it's hard to tell what gear you are in when you first start the car and back up or pull out, you need to look at the dashboard ...
