I have bought new cars before. The experience at Paramount Kia was the best I've had by far. It was time for my wife to get a new car. We researched the models, options, prices and warranties. We Paramount Kia was the best I've had by far. It was time for my wife to get a new car. We researched the models, options, prices and warranties. We were also going to trade in her current vehicle. After factoring in the "Car Guru" prices, Kelly Blue Book value for our trade and watching the relevant YouTube videos, we calculated the "out the door" price we were willing to pay for the 2021 Kia Seltos we wanted. After searching dealer inventory online, we called Paramount Kia in Hickory and scheduled a meeting with Nick Thomas for the next afternoon. We arrived having our facts and figures and prepared for the expected "I'll have to check with my manager" back and forth negotiation. While we test drove the car, Nick worked up a sales offer. Our excitement from test driving the Seltos was only dampened by the expectation of a protracted negotiation when we got back to the dealership. When we sat down with Nick, my wife and I were somewhat surprised that the sales offer Nick had worked up was almost exactly what we had predetermined would be our best offer. (it's almost like Nick was aware customers could learn all about car negotiations, prices, fees, upcharges and gimmicks on the internet before shopping; wink wink). The obligatory paperwork was dispatched with quickly and painlessly by Colton Tannenbaum. We went home in a great new Kia and we were very pleased, and pleasantly surprised with the way Paramount Kia does business. I have enthusiastically recommended Paramount Kia to my friends. When it comes time for our future Kia, we're just going to Paramount Kia. More
