Best dealership EVER! I have bought many cars, new and used, but my experience with Gates GMC was by far the best experience ever! I do not live close to this dealership, b I have bought many cars, new and used, but my experience with Gates GMC was by far the best experience ever! I do not live close to this dealership, but it was so worth the drive. I mainly dealt with Dante Frettoloso who was extremely helpful, responsive to all of my questions or concerns, and went above and beyond to make my experience an extremely positive and easy one. I also dealt with Chris Messier and Nick Truax who both were absolutely just as helpful and wonderful to work with. From the moment you get there, everyone was friendly and welcoming. There is zero pressure, and this dealership takes pride in making every customer satisfied. Also, I have never seen a service department so pristine in my life! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!! It is worth the drive if you are not close by. You will not be disappointed! More

Simple, Convenient Process I was introduced to Roberto a week ago. Great service and fastest buying process Nick was awesome... contacted me shortly after sending request from cars.com. We planned same day test drive and when I pulled on lot car was ready t Nick was awesome... contacted me shortly after sending request from cars.com. We planned same day test drive and when I pulled on lot car was ready to go with tag in window with my name on it. Everyone from the moment walked into the building was very nice and polite and held the door open for me to walk in. Once I met with Nick was very quick let's look at car and test drive it. I was able to take a nice test drive and Nick was able to answer my questions and was not pushy just let me drive the car. I have been to other dealerships and sales guys are pushy and sometimes don't know what they are talking about. After test drive he took me on tour of dealership and introduced me to the service team. Nick restored my faith in traditional dealerships again. It was not as long of a wait as I have had in the passed and they did everything to get me approved which was much appreciated. 10 stars for the staff facilities and qaulity of cars. Here to what I hope will be a long relationship with Gates Nissan. More
