Everything was completed in a timely and relatively efficient manner making it fairly easy even with two little kids in tow. Both our sales person and finance person moved things along as quickly as seemingly possible, but if things can be streamlined a little more that would be helpful. Overall though we were beyond pleased and will definitely be back and recommend Gates to family & friends. More
