I had a very positive experience with Gates GMC Nissan. As soon as I arrived the car I was interested in was ready and up front for me to look at. I initially went to Gates based on word of mouth recommendations from friends and family... Specifically, I was looking for a Honda Ridgleline and Gates had a used one that fit my requirements to th recommendations from friends and family... Specifically, I was looking for a Honda Ridgleline and Gates had a used one that fit my requirements to the letter. I called in and set up an appointment with Brian Philips to check out the vehicle. He was there on time and took a huge chunk out of his day to answer all my questions, take me for test drives with the Ridgeline and a couple other vehicles, etc. He was very professional with a laid back style, not the typical "hard sell" I usually associate with dealers... I had appointments at two other dealerships over the next day and their sales staff members were professional but waaaay too pushy. I called Brian back with an offer and we went back and forth for a few, and settled on a fair price (right around KBB value)... I went in and met up with Brian to sign the paperwork the same day, then met with Nick (the finance specialist) to wrap things up. Nick was really easy to work with. The last time I purchased a vehicle at another dealership I really didn't like the finance end of things, really stressful and a lot of pressure to purchase ancillary products. Nick made the whole process really easy and wrapped everything up in a timely fashion. More

Everyone at Gates Nissan was extremely friendly the moment I arrived on the lot. When I met Jay he listened to what I wanted and knew that I needed time to think about the car before we discussed fina moment I arrived on the lot. He knew I didn't like surprises and made sure I was called to let me know what my payments would be before I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car. Nick called me the day before I was to pick the car up to let me know what my payments would be. When I told them I would like them a little lower, he said he would see what he could do. I arrived on Saturday to get my car, they were still working on the deal. Eric, Nick, and Jay all worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable with the payments and happy with my purchase.
