Horrible dealership, horrible customer service and just all around horrible. My truck has sat in the lot TWICE for over two weeks without even being touched. No communication from anyone whatsoever. I had all around horrible. My truck has sat in the lot TWICE for over two weeks without even being touched. No communication from anyone whatsoever. I had to pick up my truck after waiting and waiting for some kind of response that never came. The first time I dropped my truck off and picked it up, I was told my ticket would be left open and I would get a phone call when the service center was ready to look at it. I’m still going on 5 months with no phone call. I will NEVER bring my trucks here again. Why are you scheduling appointments if you can’t handle the workload? Every associate in the dealership is useless, unhelpful, and can’t take the time to return a phone call, email, or text message. I had to walk in to the dealership to get information about my vehicle since nobody would respond to my texts or calls. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible dealership. I wish I could give it 0 stars. More

Bought a used 2017 Tacoma from here. The alignment was bad. So I Houghton tires and brought it back. They mounted and balanced them and supposedly did the alignment my truck pulls to the The alignment was bad. So I Houghton tires and brought it back. They mounted and balanced them and supposedly did the alignment my truck pulls to the right now. I never got the before and after alignment readings. No clue if it actually got aligned. Guess I'll see if my tiers start wearing again. If so I'll be bringing my truck back to get some new tires from the dealership. Not really impressed or satisfied with my buying experience here. I had to call them after months of waiting for my paperwork to come through to get my plates which I found out that they never weighed the truck they sold me so I then had to go and take time off of work to get my truck weighed and then went to the dealership to get my paperwork. I feel like people just don't want to do their jobs at this place. I would recommend this place if they actually had it together more from the sales department to the vehicle title department to the maintenance department. I payed a lot of money for a truck that should have been good to go but it's clear they didn't look it over correctly and now I'm putting more money into an over price vehicle. Thanks O'Mera. More
