To be honest with you my experience with Ford has not been great since 1992 when I returned from Germany with a Ford Taurus which I had purchased prior to my deployment. When I returned it was having pr been great since 1992 when I returned from Germany with a Ford Taurus which I had purchased prior to my deployment. When I returned it was having problems with the heating coil and I brought it to a Ford dealership in Dallas and told the Service manager that I was in from Germany and my checks had an APO of NY on them which is a military address. I was told no problem, bring it in and they will get it fixed. When I went to pick it up the dealership would not accept my check, because "It was an Out of State check". I ended up having to to get the money from my in-laws to pay the bill. The next day while driving up to my next duty station I broke down in front of Pontiac dealer and walked out with a new car. I swore than I would never buy another Ford. I recently changed my mind after speaking with Ryan Huber and decided to give Ford another chance. Hopefully everything works out. More

The process was efficient. All involved were cordial and well informed. I would recommend them both for increased pay and a cash bonus. Espresso machine worked well. We came in, knowing what we wanted. Aaron, exceeded our expectations, and was able to show us the vehicles that we wanted, in addition to another vehicle that he thought would fit our n Aaron, exceeded our expectations, and was able to show us the vehicles that we wanted, in addition to another vehicle that he thought would fit our needs. We felt no pressure in purchasing a vehicle. We liked that we asked for something (financing, car models, etc.) and everyone at I.F. did their best to accommodate all of our needs. We've purchased through I.F. previously, and will most likely purchase from them again. We also refer friends and family to I.F. whenever we know that they may be looking for a new or used vehicle.
