In EVERY time I have been to this dealership has been a positive experience. The entire staff works individually and as a team to assure satisfaction. In every department their attitude is exemplary. Service is clear, informed, and always respectful. People are helpful on the phone and I know the finance and sales personnel are always in my corner. I very much appreciate the work everyone does beyond the sale to keep me on the right track in terms of caring for my car. I always feel that my success in ownership is a reflection of THEIR INVESTMENT IN ME and the vehicle and they never cut corners to assure that's the case. I found the right place and the right people and the right car. Why go anywhere else? More

The best of the best Great people and salesmen to work with. Never feel taken and that’s important. No pressure either. They work with you when you have a budget. Almost had to back out, but Andy worked with me and met my budget. Nick also knew I had limited funds and didn't push me. Two really pleasant and caring guys to work with. Privilege to meet Mr. Penn. Deal had already been made but he took the time to speak with me and assured that any of my concerns to Andy would be taken care of. And they were. Where will I look for my next vehicle? By the time I left this dealership I felt like a new peson. Just a little nervous driving a new car out of the showroom and in a neighborhood I was unfamiliar with. I survived!!!! Thanks to all at Penn Toyota. Looking forward to returning in a few years. You guys are the best ! Please forgive me if I don't click on your name in the next part of the survey. I'm older on 9/28 so I'm a little more forgetful! More

Joni had my car taken out of the show room floor to show it off to me, she was attentive and friendly. Also when I pointed out that i wanted a second master key to come with the car, they made it happen no extra charge. I got an IOU for it since it was quite late and they were closing soon. Andy helpped figure out all the technology in the car, synced the phone and set the height of my trunk My car is a 2017 Rav4 limited. My only compliment is that it wasn't gassed up to a full tank, would of been nice to get a voucher or something. More
