Now, this is a cash transaction, the car is only $9,699. After talking to the sales lady yesterday, she was to call me right back for the best price "no response". So, this morning I called and spoke to another sales lady, she took all the info and said, within 30 min she will email me purchase agreement "no response" , now some guy calls. I told him I want to purchase the car. I told him to check on a issue with the car for me. He said I will call you right back and I'm still waiting. I'm the General Manager for Sam's Club in Plattsburg NY. God forbid if i was to treat my customers this way, i would be out of business. I have a daughter that goes to college at NYU in Lower Manhattan so i'm very familiar with NY. I'm in the Carolinas on LOA of a personal family matter. The service of this dealership is terrible and I'm going to make sure everybody knows it. 2pm "STILL WAITING" !!!!!!!!!! I just receive a phone call back. I don't even want the car anymore. I was blown off 3 time, all i want to do was buy the car for my girlfriend. I will ensure to let all my members throughout the Northeast know about the horrible service I received at Penn Toyota ! Not only was he very knowledgeable, very helpful, respecting my budgetary limits - but he also came into work on his days off in order to work with my work schedule. He responded to all calls quickly, gave me whatever info. I needed, followed through on everything I asked, and showed me all details of the car when I picked it up. He is always very pleasant, easy and comfortable to talk to with no high pressure. Overall he was terrific and I would give him the highest rating you have. Everyone else that I came into contact with at Penn Toyota were all pleasant, respectful and helpful. Thank you all at Penn - I will be back in 3 years for another Toyota!! More

This was the third time we got a vehicle at Penn. As always, they were fair on price, easy to work with, and made the entire process simple and easy. I was able to drive our new car home same day as well. We look forward to being Penn Toyota customers for years to come and recommend them to all without hesitation. More

Highly recommend Penn Toyota!! Penn Toyota's staff is friendly, courteous & very knowledgeable. We went to see a car that was advertised, and we were greeted warmly by the friendly Penn Toyota's staff is friendly, courteous & very knowledgeable. We went to see a car that was advertised, and we were greeted warmly by the friendly people who work there. We learned that their business has been family owned for over 40 years, and you experience that feeling of family when you work with their helpful staff. They remember your names, introduce you to each team member who you'll be working with, and they go above & beyond to be helpful. Joni Glanz took us for a test drive of the car we were interested in, and during that time she answered all questions that we had with great skill. When we decided to buy the car she took care of every aspect of the purchase. This dealership is one stop shopping. The license plates, insurance transfer from our last car, insurance I.D. cards, everything imaginable was completed before we left the showroom. (No hours of waiting on the long lines at the DMV-yay!!) At no time did we feel the uncomfortable pressure tactics that some dealers use. We didn't expected to take the car home that day, but since we live over an hour away we were happy when they made that happen for us. They've thought of everything imaginable to provide a seamless, pleasant experience. The price that they quote covers everything. Unlike some dealers, there are no costly, sneaky "add on" fees which can really drive up the price of the vehicle. Joni does her job very efficiently & she was a pleasure to work with. When it came to financing, Nick Volonakis patiently guided us through each step with well informed, helpful & professional expertise. The repair department even helped us by touching up a few little "dings" & sent us home with extra repair paint!! Thanks for such a pleasant car buying experience, Penn Toyota!! ( : More
