I took my truck in because of some weird sounds. They said the fixed them but all noises are still there. If they drove the truck after fixing it they would know they didn't fix the right thing. It was second time I took my truck in for the same thing. I will take it to my normal mechanic so it gets fixed instead of Ford. More

I took my car in to get a leak fixed they didn’t fix the leak the first time they got the car dirty and drove it 139 Miles and no one got back to me to tell me why they drove it that much not even a manager leak the first time they got the car dirty and drove it 139 Miles and no one got back to me to tell me why they drove it that much not even a manager. They had no explanation of why my car was driven that much. And then I had to bring it back in to have them fix it and clean it. More

I purchased a used truck from Corwin several months ago, the sales team that took care of me and were very straight forward. had a few mechanical issues and the warranty they recommended I buy ended up taki the sales team that took care of me and were very straight forward. had a few mechanical issues and the warranty they recommended I buy ended up taking care of most the cost and was well worth it, the service department works fast and they stay in touch on ever step they take. Super happy with the service Corwin provides every time I have dealt with them More

I honestly felt a disconnect between the Service Dept and the Quick Service side... the Service Dept promises quick turnaround times and quality service at the Quick Service, but after a 2 hour wait all I go the Quick Service side... the Service Dept promises quick turnaround times and quality service at the Quick Service, but after a 2 hour wait all I got was a LOF and tire rotation and claims of ignorance regarding a diagnosis of the main issue that I came in for 2K miles early for a regular 5k LOF. To truly diagnose my issue, I must apparently schedule an additional appointment with the Service Dept...where the truly trained mechanics are employed??? I just recently purchased the vehicle from Corwin Ford and was hoping for a better experience than I received, while looking for a long term maintenance option versus doing my own at home service. More

Nick was very polite however he said several times he would call back and unfortunately never did, requiring me to call him. After finding out that my extended warranty did not cover all the hours for re would call back and unfortunately never did, requiring me to call him. After finding out that my extended warranty did not cover all the hours for repairs I contacted them directly and they indicated that Corwin’s repair hours exceeded the national average that they (Fortegra) allows. Consequently I was required to spend $541.25 I purchased this vehicle from your dealership however I will be looking at other dealerships and or independent repair facilities in the future.
