We have never bought a car without spending time in the dealership. Covid has made us very cautious but Nico Rutella our sales rep was incredibly professional and straight forward. He was instrumental in our making the decision and made it very easy to do all but the delivery over the phone. No pressure and negotiated a very fair deal. During the delivery, he made sure that all papers could be signed without a face to face and it went off without a hitch. This is our third BMW from Rallye . More

My service manager Frank Trotta was great. He handled all my needs knowing that I was not happy with my trade in. My service was a 5 but my horrible experience with sales rep was a 0. I have been by cars for a very long Nico took his time walked me through the deal from the desk all the way to the me driving the car off the lot. Sharonda was also very helpful I never spent that little time in a dealership thank you for everything I wish I could give them both of them 6 stars each and it’s been almost a month a Nico still keep in touch with me about the car.
