Answer the phone and communicate with customer. make customer aware, of any charges prior to doing anything. Don't tell me I need 4000 dollars worth of recommended maintenance. Poor communication and lack there of. Had to wait 4 days for a simple starter replacement. That all but 100 dollars should have been covered on the 4,300 Extended Warranty that I have purchased. That for whatever crazy reason, SCAM. There was a 249 dollar body inspection charge. Then was told we'll thats to find if starter was bad. I call B.S. SO ya not Happy with your business!° More
