When i booked the appointment I was told my tires would be in stock and the service department would be able to do a multi point inspection. When I arrived, I was informed that was not the case since it w be in stock and the service department would be able to do a multi point inspection. The turn around time was very timely, the parts manager needs to learn how to resource part from sister dealership ,if parts are on national back order .
