It is always a wonderful experience taking my vehicle in for service. The advisors are great. They separate what has to be done with what needs to be done soon. They aren’t pushy at all and help you figure for service. The advisors are great. They separate what has to be done with what needs to be done soon. They aren’t pushy at all and help you figure out what the best action is to do without pressure for doing more expensive repairs to make the repair more expensive. I am thankful for them and the service they provide. More

Charged a $185 Diagnostic Fee (Stealership Scam Fee on Warranty work), they charged $600+/- for an Upper Intake Charge tube (The Charge Air Tube is a critical component of the forced induction system) and Warranty work), they charged $600+/- for an Upper Intake Charge tube (The Charge Air Tube is a critical component of the forced induction system) and another $185 ish dollars for labor on an item that should have been covered under the 5yr/100k warranty for a 22 JTRD with 73k miles, after I told them what was wrong with it. I diagnosed it before I took it in for repair. Well, at least they fixed my rear axle locker sensor under the warranty, however, they did try to charge me for that too. I SHOULD GIVE THEM 1 STAR each. More
