My experience was awful. The service notes for my appointment were not read fully and clarification was not asked for until I pushed back. My services were delayed due to a machine breaking while my car was on it, which was not communicated to me until I called to figure out why there weren't updates after three days. Then, I find out later my keys were lost and the rep was not transparent about that. At one point, my entire vehicle was unaccounted for and I had to walk the lot to find it for them. The loaner was also not communicated to the team so it was not ready when I showed up to get it. Then when my car was finally ready, I left the lot and within minutes my tire was low on air showing it had not been fixed so I had to go in again. The only positive was working with Asha. She was a pleasure. More

They were able to do the oil change, and put a plug in the tire that had a slow leak, and rotated the tires I do have the extended warranty on the car I assumed plugging the tire was under the warranty, b the tire that had a slow leak, and rotated the tires I do have the extended warranty on the car I assumed plugging the tire was under the warranty, but ended up paying $60 More
