Had an appointment. Brought the car in for a recall item. Nicole was very personable & communicative. However, 3&1/2 hours wait time??? I spoke to random employees that work at Elder Ford & they said it's commonplace for this practice in the Service Department. The attitude is that's why we have a Rental Car service if you don't want to wait. That's unacceptable if true. More
