He connected me with Justin (a knowledgeable, professional salesman), worked with me through a difficult situation, and helped reach a fair resolution. Moreover, he has stood by his word ever since.
The service department was also supportive throughout the process, specifically my advisor, Jennifer P. She provided updates, connected me with the correct level of management, and kept me in a loaner until everything was sorted out.
I now have a reliable vehicle titled in my name, which is a major accomplishment and provides much-needed stability for my family.
As a woman purchasing my first vehicle after a major life transition, I especially value this level of integrity in the automotive industry. I have experienced a highly unsatisfactory level of
customer service. For an entire year, I consistently raised concerns regarding persistent noise issues. Despite my repeated complaints, the Elder For

Despite my repeated complaints, the Elder Ford delayed addressing the problem until my 36,000-mile warranty had expired, subsequently attempting to persuade me to purchase a 100,000-mile extended warranty from a third party. Ultimately, they presented a repair estimate exceeding $3300, which I deemed excessive and consequently declined. I subsequently sought assistance from an alternative dealership, where the issue was resolved for a labor cost of approximately $750. This dealership successfully identified the root cause of the problem and advocated on my behalf with the Ford company to secure a resolution. As a result of this experience, I will no longer utilize or recommend this company's services. I am profoundly disappointed with the service received.
