Im so busy with work I didn't really have the time to run to every dealership in town so i got online and looked around, I tried several sites but wasn't really getting the attention I needed to get my questions answered until I received a message from Nicole at Zeck Ford. From start to finish she was amazing and so very helpful, she was available to me at all times and answered every question I needed answered. All her amazing help and her ability to find me an amazing deal lead me to fly from Chicago to Kansas to make my purchase and I still saved and got a free trip. The sale all the way to the finance of our, new to us, 2014 Focus was everything we wanted from a dealership. In less 3 hours we had test driven and purchased our car. Nicole Wolter was a great help she had everything prepared and was very quick to make sure all needs were met. She made sure we knew what all the paperwork was and kept us in the loop while all the financing was going on. When I decided on what I wanted, she got the keys and we went out for my test drive. The moment I saw the car, I KNEW it was mine.
