Even gave me lunch!! After searching on-line for a specific Ford Escape, I found it at a dealership hundreds of miles away in Kansas. When I called Zeck Ford, Nicole answ After searching on-line for a specific Ford Escape, I found it at a dealership hundreds of miles away in Kansas. When I called Zeck Ford, Nicole answered the phone and I explained I wanted to make sure that the car was worth the drive from Tulsa. I asked her: "Would she sell the car to her grandmother?" Nicole took the car for test drive, took a video of the car, then sent the video to me and called back. She said she would indeed sell that car to her grandmother, and the video confirmed its condition. I put a deposit on the car and drove to Kansas a couple of days later. Arriving in the dealership, I told Nicole that I was hungry and was not looking forward to the four hours I had to drive back to Oklahoma. She literally went into the dealership's break room and gave me the turkey sandwich she brought for her lunch!! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. It was a great experience, and I would encourage everyone to shop at this dealership. Nicole, you had better stock up on sandwiches!! Oklahoma Dave More
