The easiest car buy experience I've ever had Nicole was awesome! Before we even made the 1.5hr drive to get there she told me that there was a very different atmosphere at Zeck ford. All the staff members were having a good time and listening to music - it was a very relaxed atmosphere and pretty inviting. No person in a business suit prowling around the parking lot and immediately walking up to your car before you even park. She was very knowledgeable across the spectrum of vehicles they had for sale and was able to steer us in the right direction - so much so that we felt ready to buy through Zeck Ford. Even when I had concerns regarding how a particular vehicle acted (due to not being familiar with the model), with no questions asked Nicole set up another test drive in another vehicle with the same engine/drivetrain so that my paranoia could be settled regarding my questions. I absolutely recommend Zeck Ford and I have already told my family about them, be sure to check them out! More

Best car buying experience ever This was by far the best car buy I have ever had. I walked in and a gentleman in shorts and tennis shoes greeted me with a bit of rock and roll music in the background. I looked at my wife and said this is my kind of place. Georgia, whom I talk on the phone with, came and said hi and introduced us to Nicole. By the way I think we were offered water at least a dozen times. Love it. Nicole is the only woman salesperson there among 21 salespeople and is just one of the guys. You can tell she loves to have fun at her no pressure place of employment. She knows how to genuinely build a relationship and make you feel like one of the staff. There was no pressure and my wife and I were very comfortable with the whole staff. Cracking jokes during a tornado warning with seriously pouring down rain. I even had the previledge of meeting the owner Mr.Zeck who is quite the sailor. We talked about sailboats and sailing for a bit before he had to get back to work. I have bought a few cars in my day and this place takes the cake. I WILL be back and refer everyone I know to Zeck Ford. If I am ever in the position of recruiting watch out Mr. Sailor Zeck. I will be taking Nicole from you......she is that good. I know sales, management and customer service. I have been doing it pretty much my whole life. You got a good girl there even if she tends to get black eyes.....crazy. Have a great Memorial weekend. I had been talking to Nicole for a couple months about vehicles. When I was finally ready to come in to test drive some cars, Nicole was extremely helpful. Her knowledge on the vehicles that I was interested in was extremely helpful. She has wonderful customer service. Since my husband wasn't with me to test drive the vehicle I liked, Zeck let me take the car home for the evening so my husband had a chance to look at it. That earned major points with my husband. I would recommend any one who is interesting in buying a car to check out Zeck Ford and ask for Nicole. They have several cars to choose from and everyone there is friendly and nice to work with. More
