My husband and I had done extensive research locally (in Florida) and on the internet. When we located the car we wanted with all of the options we desired at Zeck Ford, Nicole made the process of long distance buying so easy. We actually flew out to Kansas to test drive "our" car and bought it the same day. Nicole arranged for our car to be delivered to our door in Florida. She was helpful and patient with our questions and requests even after the deal was made and the car on it's way. The whole crew at Zeck Ford is great, but Nicole is exceptional. More

I had first emailed Nicole just inquiring about the process being we were from out of state and I am not familiar with how it would all work. Throughout the entire process, Nicole keep us informed and checked in with us as we had a few delays that pushed out our buying process a few months. After 9 months we were FINALLY ready to purchase our Ford Edge! Once we were ready, we contacted Nicole and she sent us all the options and made selecting our car EASY! I had picked one out and changed my mind and she was incredibly helpful and stuck with us through the whole thing. By the time we finally arrived at Zeck Ford we felt like we had known her all because she kept in contact with us and never left us hanging. From start to finish we were out the door in an hour, which is unheard of for buying a car! It was a 9 hour drive back home and it was beyond worth it for the service and care they took with is and our car! If you are from out of state, this is the dealership for you!. We will be buying more cars from them in the future!! More

I recently found myself car shopping again after a hit and run totaled my car. I obviously knew I wanted to buy my next car from Zeck Ford and Nicole got in touch with me very quickly. She made the whole process so much less stressful and ensured that I found something I really loved. Nicole is the best and all the other staff is super friendly and helpful! I am super busy, so email and text works best for me, and they had no problem with promptly getting back to me in that way... I wasn't bugged or hassled. It was truly a great experience. I was approved, and about to put down a deposit, but apparently the car (2016) did not have a CA Emissions sticker on it. (xxx!) I wouldn't have been able to register it in California. :( Nicole went ABOVE and BEYOND her role and helped as much as she could. She called DMV & Smog shops here in CA trying to find a way to make it work. The realization hit, California's wacky laws would prevent me from owning the car of my dreams... Who knows, maybe another ST will show up at Zeck... I will definitely be checking their inventory... Maybe a Focus RS??? ;) Thank you Nicole, thank you Zeck! More

Nicole was a pleasure to deal with and was more concerned with finding me the right vehicle rather than pushing me into something I did not want. They were very clear and forthcoming with everything and Nicole even went as far as to deliver the vehicle (for no extra fee) on Mother's Day. I have NEVER had a pleasurable experience buying a car until now. I just wish I found them sooner and that they sold more new brands than Ford. They treat people how they should be treated and have the best prices around by far! I highly recommend them to everyone I know! More

She took the time to answer questions and send me additional videos of the car (since I was traveling in from out of state). The dealership also was also kind enough to send a driver to the airport to pick me up when I arrived. Making a large purchase like this can be a little overwhelming; however, Nicole was very knowledgable and accommodating. I truly appreciate all of her help and the assistance of the dealership. I would definitely be willing to travel again to Zeck to purchase another vehicle. More

Allowed overnight use to help me know if I really wanted to move forward with the purchase or not. Took too long to from arrival to departure once I confirmed the purchase. Biggest complaint was waiting for the truck from detailing after all the paperwork was done. It's a fun environment but can be a little loud on the final checkout. More

Happy buyer We came from out of town to buy a certain vehicle and Nicole worked with us throughout the entire process.
