We saw the car at the price we wanted online at Zeck Ford. We made an appointment to see the car and met with a personal shopper, Nicole. Nicole was great.. We really appreciated the dealership's no pressure, priced-as-marked sales approach. Nicole was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to covering the history of the two used cars we were interested test driving. She was positive and answered all our questions. A very pleasant experience. If we have any complaint it was the myriad of add-on products - everything from a service contract to lost key replacement - the finance department suggested we buy once we got to that stage of the process. That was the only time we felt pressured and maybe a little uncomfortable. We were buying a used car for under $10,000 and the entire package they were offering would have added an another $140+ to the monthly payment.The finance rep asked us to tell him why weren't taking it. Seriously, guy? The answer was just "no." Maybe chill that part out a bit. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this dealership and will go back there to buy our next car. More
