Best deal around and amazing sales service!!! I had been shopping for just the right deal for over 5 months! I had spoken to several car dealerships from Chicago to Houston without success. I found the car I wanted for approximately $2000 less than their competitors were offering. What helped seal the deal with Zeck Ford, was the upbeat and knowledgeable, kick-a$$, Nicole Rick. I would recommend Nicole to all my friends and family. She was very personable and made the whole car-buying process simple and stress free. The only down side in my opinion was at the very end when doing the financial part of the deal. Cullen the financial manager was nice and thorough. He outlined all the levels of protection that Zeck offers. I declined. Next, Cullen has his manager come in and he tries to get me to add on at least the lowest protection plan available at a 'discount'. When I declined again, he tried a different tactic, even went so far as to say that his mother who is on fixed income could afford this. At that point I almost walked out. Please don't bully your customers. Not well done. It felt like intimidation. Be prepared to be offered an additional protection plan which might be worth every penny and you may wish to add to your financing. Enough said on that subject. I love the no-haggle price, I loved the atmosphere on the sales floor. The sales associates all seemed very happy and obviously enjoy their jobs. I would buy from Zeck again for the sheer fact that they have an amazing stock of cars to choose from as well as fantastic prices. Thank you Nicole for your assistance! More

With a completely relaxed environment and sales staff that does not work on commission, it made making a big purchase for the first time much less stressful! Knowing that their vehicles were priced at bare minimum, made the process so much smoother. No gimmicks, no hassle. Nicole was absolutely great to work with. I don't know how many times I bugged her outside of her working hours and she replied almost instantaneously! She always went out of her way to help in any way possible. The customer service and great deals at Zeck, make this dealership unlike any else!! Strongly recommend. More

Purchasing a car is a big deal and once that I take very seriously. From the moment I walked into Zeck I felt welcome and comfortable. Nicole was professional and friendly. She took the time to listen to my wants/needs. Of course, I don't make anything easy, I wanted a specific color of car with specific features. When the car I wanted wasn't easily found, Nicole employed the help of the other Zeck employees to locate THE ONE. Nicole spear-headed the search, and in the end it was her who located my new car. She physically walked the many lots Zeck Ford has of cars and trucks until she found the specific car I was looking for. Everyone I interacted with was professional and sincerely happy to help! More

And to top it off, everyone was very friendly and no one applied any pressure with the game of going back and fourth with the "manger".
