Great car for reasonable price Nicole was great and very helpful. We requested a couple of cars to look at and she was on top of it. At the end we purchased the Focus SE. A few weeks ago a person rear ended my wife and totaled the car. And because of the great service from Zeck Ford we went back. I talked to Nicole over the internet. and told her what we wanted. She showed us several different cars, and saw one we liked. We drove to Zeck ford to look at one. we met Nicole she was very helpful and went out of the way to help us. Kyle was there and remembered us from the first time. and together both Nicole & Kyle found us the Ford Explorer that we wanted. Wife & I would highly recommend Nicole and Kyle to any one who wanted to purchase a car. More

I first contacted Zeck Ford about a different car than the one I purchased. I sent an email request for information on that car and Nicole quickly responded. It turned out that wasn't the car for me, but my interactions with the dealership made me look at the other cars in their inventory. I found a beautiful Lincoln that I liked and Nicole gave me information about it. She gave me time to make a decision on the car. Other dealerships don't give you that time. I sent other email requests to other dealers and was harrased with constant calls and emails to get to their car lots. These calls and emails get more and more aggressive as time goes on. Nicole was very accommodating I had to change my appointment time twice. Once I got to the dealership we test drove the Lincoln. I loved it. I wasn't harrased into buying it. Nicole was amazing she kept me well informed about the car, answered all of my questions, and was genuinely excited for me. I left Zeck Ford with a much better car than the one I drove in with. More

Nicole at Zeck Ford made the experience extremely smooth and easy for me and was as up front and honest as you could hope for. Each employee was so friendly and helpful and even the more daunting task of going through financing options was made quick, affordable, and very simple. What's more, I had to go straight to work for the rest of the day so Nicole made sure my new used 2013 Ford Focus was delivered from the dealership in Leavenworth to my house all the way in Lenexa! It was sitting pretty and shiny in my driveway when I arrived home. I have definitely been spoiled and this will now set the bar high for any future car buying experiences I may have. I recommend Zeck to everybody! More
