*~*Best Car Buying Experience*~* I started my vehicle buying process online. I knew I wanted an Escape. I just needed to find one that fit the criteria I wanted and at the price poin I started my vehicle buying process online. I knew I wanted an Escape. I just needed to find one that fit the criteria I wanted and at the price point I was comfortable with. Like most customers I had a trade-in, but needed a specific amount in order to go into another purchase. I had been to 3 other dealerships before coming to Zeck Ford. Each of the 3 wouldn't give me a suitable trade-in value or wouldn't negotiate off the price they had set on the vehicle for sale. So I walked... and went back to the internet to continue searching. Nicole was the internet salesperson who reached out to me when I inquired on a vehicle they had listed on their website. She helped with narrowing down what vehicles they had in stock that I would be interested in and suggested I come in for a test drive. With the help of Nicole I found an Escape that fit the criteria I wanted in my new to me vehicle and with Zeck Ford's no haggle price the escape was priced well below market value with saved me about $2,000 compared to the other dealerships I had visited!! She then recruited Jay and Gene to get a solid trade-in value on my car. With success these guys were able to take my trade-in for the amount I needed and that sealed the deal. I think that the actual car buying process once all said and done may have taken all of 3 hours. Thanks to Nicole, Jay, and Gene I now drive a new to me 2012 Ford Escape, which I LOVE!! I never at any time felt pressured, they respected my decisions, everyone involved was very thorough, but answered questions if they came up. All the staff members of Zeck were in good spirits. The Zeck Ford sales floor was relaxed and inviting. Seriously, the best car buying experience I have had. I'll definitely choose Zeck Ford when I am ready for my next vehicle purchase, you guys rock!! More

Kudos to Nicole she was great and took her time with me, answered all our questions and we had a fun experience was like talking to one of my own family. Thanks Zecks I will come back again. I live two hours from Zeck and even if my daughter didn't live close I would go back Nicole made buying fun and easy. She has a great personality which made it easy for me to relax. That may sound funny but I lost my husband and was hard to get rid of his last car and get a new/used one. The whole staff at Zeck's was polite and fun to be around. Seemed like everyone was having a good experience. More

She made this purchase incredibly easy and pain free. Yes, I said painless. The entire Zech Ford sales room is vastly different than other dealerships... very casual, yet still professional. Upon entering the dealership, you sense this experience will be different. Gone is the stuffy/sleezy used car salesman mentality. As a woman, dealing with a salesWOMAN, the experience was even more pleasant. Plus, this dealership was/is attentive to the details. Upon "checking out", the dealership realized that they were unable to locate the two keys promised to our vehicle. Unfortunately, I DID have to go to my local dealership (because we do not live close to this dealership) to have a key made, but Zech Ford took my receipt (sent to Nicole via text picture) and immediately cut the check for reimbursement. I had the check in hand within two business days. So, while I was disappointed I had to take time to visit my local dealership to get the key made, Zech honored their word and immediately followed through with their promise for 100% reimbursement. I highly recommend this dealership... and I HIGHLY recommend Nicole to you. Just. CALL. HER!! More

We love the casual atmosphere although it can be kinda chaotic on a Saturday so I would suggest making an appointment with a sales person before going. I've worked with a few salesmen over the years, mostly for parents, friends, etc. I can't remembe I've been really happy with my experience with Zeck. I've worked with a few salesmen over the years, mostly for parents, friends, etc. I can't remember one better than Zeck's Dustin Deason. Dustin went above and beyond to answer my questions about my beautiful pre-owned Mustang. He even totally disclosed that it had suffered minor hail damage, which I feel some might have kept to themselves. It was a struggle to see the couple small dents; I like to think I'd have seen them, but can't be sure. They removed them completely and the finish is perfect. Dustin has called a few times to make sure I'm happy, and whenever I had a question, he was available right away to help. I was a little disappointed to be upsold on extended warranties and things when the time came to arrange financing, but received a full credit when I asked to cancel the services; it was very easy. So I really have no complaints. More
