Nicole was open and honest about the pricing on each vehicle-she had vehicle fact pages/ratings printed up and let us know she was just there to help us shop for the best vehicle to fit our needs and budget. Within a couple hours we'd found the perfect car for us and we're loving our Toyota Sequoia. Everyone at Zeck Ford was friendly and seemed to really love their jobs. Called the Zeck Ford Dealership 9:00 Am Monday talk to the sales manager about a car I saw listed for $2400.00 under book value exact car I was looking for and low miles now I have bought over 100 cars in my lifetime and just sold my car for $3500.00 over book value because the guy I sold the car to told me my car had low miles in perfect condition and right way he could trust me to tell the truth about my car.Well when I went to Zeck Ford I met Nicole Wolter same scenario perfect car low miles and knew I could trust her because she made sure she was truthful and followed up on everything I asked of her and felt like we where friends at the end and talk to her that way now as a friend you trust. If someone is being nice you may feel it is because of the sales motivation. Zeck is truly different in their approach, they are helpful and friendly. They just want to help you get what you are looking for and make it work. They are a busy dealership but they act like a team and it is very refreshing to see them operate. Nicole and Kyle were fantastic and embody the great approach they have at Zeck. This is the second car I purchased here and I’ve been amazed both times. If you haven’t checked them out before I would highly recommend it. More
