I had an appt with Nicole upon my arrival and she was very friendly from the moment I walked in. All through my test drives (I test drove 2 vehicles) and the final paperwork process, conversation was ea very friendly from the moment I walked in. I did not finance through the dealership, but my purchase was complex with potential components of trade-in, insurance reimbursement, warranty options and finance payments. I go to Nicole every time I need a new vehicle or a solution to my problem, just like talking to a friend. She is very supportive. She is completely fine with you walking in randomly and saying, “Hey, solution to my problem, just like talking to a friend. She is very supportive.
