I answered all of the questions about the vehicle, the website gave me a price and a sales woman named Nicole called me to schedule a time to come in. During the phone call with Nichole I told her that my fiancé works during the day, and I would bring the car out to get it appraised. Nichole said ok, and she scheduled me to meet with Rick. When I arrived Rafael greeted me. Up until meeting Rafael I had a great experience with the dealership. Rafael was horrible! As soon as he greeted me he seemed to be distrusting of me for some reason. He rushed me through a conversation, while he said he was getting Rick. I never meant Rick. He refused to look at the car because my girlfriend wasn’t with me. I’ve bought my fiance a lot of cars. All of the cars have been solely in her name, I’ve gotten each one appraised without her. This is the first time I’ve been treated like a criminal for simply asking for an appraisal. Horrible experience More
