Working in the car industry sense 2015 has empowered me as a woman, as well as a team member. Adding family,amazing customer experience,and pet friendly to the list- That's when I knew Mohawk Honda was meant to be my HOME. Starting in 2015 as a Finance Assistant I worked my way to Sales in 2018 and then became a Service Advisor as of 2022. These days you'll find me in the MXP department ,helping transition service customers into upgrading to new/newly pre owned vehicles. Glad I came here! From the first moment I got here to trade in my Odyssey, to the last, driving off in a used Accord, every individual I encountered was exceptionally c From the first moment I got here to trade in my Odyssey, to the last, driving off in a used Accord, every individual I encountered was exceptionally caring. Special kudos to sales consultant, Nicole Oeser, who went the mile to put me at ease. She was extremely patient with me being handicapped. She insured that I would be able to put my rollator in the trunk and get into the car safely. Also, I verbalized that I hoped to make almost an even trade. She was able to come close to doing just that. My son and his wife came along as "negotiators", but there was really no need. There was no arm twisting here! More

My first car buying experience was amazing! The staff was so friendly and the used cars sales manager Justin McGrath paired us up with the amazing Nicole Oeser! She made buying my first car an enjoyable experience and genuinely cared about getting me the best deal and best car. She was also very knowledgeable about the cars which was so helpful! Kaitlin Gattuso was also so helpful when filling out all of the paperwork and figuring out the best warranty! Mohawk Honda is the best and I love my new car! More
