Agonizing My seat was all screwed up. It made a popping noise after my service was done. I was told a diagnostic check had to be done and I had to pay for it. M My seat was all screwed up. So when you caused the problem and tell me I have to pay for it. I say xxxx you!!! More

Matience on my Camry They went over and beyond for me and my family. Service was going to take longer then planned but they made sure that it didn't upset my day. They got They went over and beyond for me and my family. Service was going to take longer then planned but they made sure that it didn't upset my day. They got me a car for the day and went over and beyond by managing to get me a RAV 4. A car I have been looking at for my next purchase. The young woman that helped us was wonderful, lots of communication, and great with my girls. Thank you so much. More

Great service. Jennifer was great to keep me in the loop and let me know as soon as it was done. I scheduled the oil change and when I got there I remembered that I Jennifer was great to keep me in the loop and let me know as soon as it was done. I scheduled the oil change and when I got there I remembered that I needed an emissions test. They got the emissions test done and issued the new decals for the plates as well. More

Easy Come Easy Go I was notified by email that my 5 month 5,000 mile maintenance should be scheduled. I used the online scheduling request program offered by Brent Bro I was notified by email that my 5 month 5,000 mile maintenance should be scheduled. I used the online scheduling request program offered by Brent Brown Toyota. The format was easy to follow and there were no issues with booking a time for my Tundra. I was able to have my vehicle maintenance performed in acordence with MY schedule! As we all know in this day and age time is very important to all of us. I was told by John Wiscombe my service rep.,that my vehicle would be ready in a hour. I was at a meeting that last over a hour and when I returned to the dealership my vehicle was ready for me to pick up. I received a written and verbal explanation from John, of the work that was performed on my vehicle. I also received information regarding on may next scheduled service. The interaction with the folks at Brent Brown Toyota have always been a treat. I was impressed with my ability to drop my vehicle off have it worked on and have it ready to go. As I said in my title easy come easy go. I was in and out as promised. I also like the idea that there was no “up sale” from your John. To me that helps with my perception of your staff friendliness. I was also contacted by Nicole Shillcox who simple greeted and welcomed me and helped me get my truck set up for my appointment. I look froward to my next interaction with your staff.
