I told her what I wanted and she found me a great CPO Demo car with low milage. 3 years later I went back to her to trade in my car and get a newer one. We had chosen the car (another lightly used demo) and I made an appointment to come get it. When I walked in Nicole was literally yelling at the manager (people were staring) because they had just sold the car I was there to pick up. She fought for me and ended up getting me a new car for the same as the CPO car. This past week I told Nicole I wanted to move up into an X3 M40i. I had tested one at Delray BMW and since Nicole is the best, I asked her if she could beat them. Delray gave me a price on an 18 demo with miles on it. NIcole didn't beat it, but got me close enough on a New 19 (with more options) where I'd rather pay more to work with her than the guys at Delray BMW. When I picked it up, the car was ready and I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. A lot of the sales people I've met at other dealerships are WAY too salesy and phony. Not Nicole... She is genuinely looking out for your best interest and doesn't BS you. She is just an overall good person and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone walking into Braman BMW West Palm! More
