Unbelievable Service. I will never take my Mazda anywhere else. I now see why this dealership has such an amazing reputation. Words cannot express how amazing this service I will never take my Mazda anywhere else. I now see why this dealership has such an amazing reputation. Words cannot express how amazing this service center is. They had our Mazda for about 3 wks while we sorted through several issues regarding a recalled navigation screen and warranty coverage on parts that hadn’t fully failed just yet. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle for the entire 3 wks at no additional charge, and somehow got Mazda corporate to fully cover the screen repair despite being outside the recall notice. They additionally stayed in contact and checked in periodically just to keep us informed. We will continue to utilize this dealership for all our service needs in the future. We highly recommend them and you will not be sorry. And ask for Nikki as your service writer. She is probably the best customer service rep I have ever had the privilege of working with. Well done Nikki! More

My last two car services were handled by Niki without a hiccup and efficiently. The first one was last minute, but she was able to squeeze me into a slot so my car would be ready for a trip I had planned. hiccup and efficiently. My last service was also very efficient, she checked the car in and handled the rest herself. All I had to do was drop the car, and pick up once I received the call and video explaining the service done to my car. I love her friendly demeanor, efficiency and customer service attitude. Before her I've had five other service advisors pushing a sale for extra and unnecessary services/accessories -at two different Mazda dealerships. And so far these last two services were the least stressful and pleasant experiences. Thank you Niki! And you too Bobby -keep up the hard work! I will keep coming for many years. :) More
