He took the time to show us cars, do a test drive and work up the paperwork even though we were not positive about buying a car. We did purchase the Escape that day and honestly it was mostly because of Josh. We didn’t feel any pressure, but felt he was trying to get us the best deal possible. Nikko came and helped us with the final paperwork. I had to go to a wedding that day and everyonedid their best to get us finished in time to go. I would definitely recommend Corwin Ford and Josh to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More

Problems but they were all resolved with a favorable outcome I only gave a 3 to the dealership, but a 5 to Austin. He is fabulous and easy to work with.
