Everyone -- from our Sales Associate Nilo Oliveira to Joe Gerbino the Manager to Jim Islami in the Service Dept -- was top-notch: very welcoming, friendly, honest, and helpful. Nilo went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and the financing, understood the workings of the new vehicle, and had everything I needed before I drove it off the lot. Jim Islami is also fantastic! He's extremely knowledgeable about how to trade in and repair my old Nissan. I will definitely be coming back to service my new car at Colonial and I will not hesitate to refer my family and friends to this well-run dealership. More

I had done a lot of research and shopping around to find the best prices on a 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. My salesman Nilo Oliveira was helpful, honest, and had my best interests at heart. He explained every detail about the car that I inquired about, and helped me get the best deal trading in my 2001 Nissan Altima. There were no gimmicks, sketchy sales tactics, or bait and switches pulled on me. I received nothing less then perfect honest customer service from Nilo and his team. If you are looking for a new Nissan then I highly recommend checking out Colonial Nissan of Medford. Ask for Nilo Olivera, and you will get nothing but the best honest service.
