We visited 5 or 6 different dealerships and Nils was the only saleman to contact us after a visit plus he did it with a typed letter and not an impersonal message on t different dealerships and Nils was the only saleman to contact us after a visit plus he did it with a typed letter and not an impersonal message on the phone. Yes, I would recommend them. I appreciate the selection Barkau offers it's customers and Nils was very patient with me as I am not fast at making a decision when buying a car. I think the price was fair although less is always better:) I have purchased cars there before and they have been really good about correcting issues discovered after the sale. My last car (2004 Buick Lesabre) had a heated seat that did not work and they found a used replacement and installed it without charge. I am very happy with my recently purchased Lucerne but noticed a noise in the heater/defrost motor. I called Nils and he said to get it in an dlet them have a look, which I will do as soon as my schedule allows. Thanks for a good car buying experience! More
