When we realized we could wait no longer for a 2nd vehicle, I started searching the internet. Still struggling through a pile of medical bills didn't leave us a lot to work with and I did not want to vehicle, I started searching the internet. No question was left unanswered and we were able to get preapproved online. The inventory was huge and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. We were contacted by Nils Sandstrom who made buying our van as easy as going through a McDonald's Drive Thru! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful even though we were not a big sale. In six months we will be in a position financially to upgrade our van and we will be returning to Barkau and hopefully dealing with Nils again. A BIG THANKS TO BARKAU for a great experience! Nils was friendly and have known him for a long time. Car was on sale and we had no trade in but they were still set on price. Got a good car for a good price. We visited 5 or 6 different dealerships and Nils was the only saleman to contact us after a visit plus he did it with a typed letter and not an impersonal message on t different dealerships and Nils was the only saleman to contact us after a visit plus he did it with a typed letter and not an impersonal message on the phone. I have had many great experiences with Barkau of Cedarville. The employees are very friendly and seem to genuinely want my experience to be comfortable. They go out of their way to make this happen.
