Nilsson’s “knowledge” of the features & benefits of the Crosstrek is first-rate & frankly most car salespersons we have dealt w over the years somehow missed the memo that they are supposed to know about the cars they are selling... Nilsson Does! Also, his FollowUp is timely & we never had to wait or call him to remind him of anything, which as busy as “everyone” is these days, & this is during the Covid19 Pandemic of 2020, when lots of additional stresses add to the challenges, & everyone at the Liberty Dealership always had their masks & wore them correctly which increased our confidence. Hmmm. I havent had a car in a while and finding a decently priced car is difficult in these times and with some difficulty with Income. Mr. Guzman was very helpful.
