I’ve bought 30+ cars in my life – I must say that the Mercedes Hoffman Estates experience is one of the best! A few days before my purchase (when I was deciding between several cars in Chicagoland), I reached out to Tom May, the General Sales Manager. Tom spent nearly an hour on the phone answering my questions. Such a time investment by the GSM was exceptional and sent a strong signal which essentially sealed the deal for me. I then began the 8-hour drive to the dealership. At the dealership Nina (my salesperson), Tom, Jose Garcia (product specialist) and the other staff members were warm, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly customer focused. I also noticed that everyone around the dealership hustles to get the job done. Finally, the car is great! The GLE CPO was delivered in outstanding condition. More

I have sent in dealership reviews and service reviews over the years multiple times. This is different. I basically dealt with Nina Gewargis. From the first telephone response to the moment we drove away in our newly purchased S 550 4matic, Nina was at our side, was understanding, sympathetic and was not pushing anything. She was letting the deal and the cars speak for themselves. Tom, the new sales manager, was also straight forward, and a great representative of MW. Two Thumbs Up! Purchasing a used car can be stressful experience....factor in that the purchase is from an unknown dealership 902 miles from my Connecticut home, fro Purchasing a used car can be stressful experience....factor in that the purchase is from an unknown dealership 902 miles from my Connecticut home, from an unknown sales adviser, and the used car is an expensive CPO SL-Class Mercedes-Benz and the experience becomes that much more foreboding...such a deal doesn’t just require honesty and integrity; it demands it and Nina Gewargis and the entire staff at Motor Werks flagship Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates went above and beyond the call of duty to actualize a website offering into my driveway reality...I don’t own the words or the space to accurately and precisely capture my appreciation for the patience and professionalism demonstrated by all from our initial contact to the arrival of the enclosed transport less than two weeks later...Nina was too conservative in her up close and personal assessment of the SL as it was far far better than the 90% number that she placed on the Black over Designo Porcelain...there is absolutely a zero margin for error when closely scrutinizing this color combination and with the lone exception of 2-3 pin head stone chips and one under front bumper spot of bumper rash, the SL arrived looking showroom new and my incredible detailed who is even more OCD than I am already did a paint correction and the car came out so perfect that I had it PPF wrapped before having a ceramic coating applied...I could not be happier with my purchase and give Nina and the good people of Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates an Auto Werks my absolute highest recommendation....thanks for listening and happy driving....zoom zoom..... More
