But Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman E It has been a long time since I went into a car dealership. Who wants to bicker with the proverbial car salesman/woman! But Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates was a pleasant surprise. They made it easy from my first interaction to my last, and then some. From the first email response at 8am to the last email response at 9pm. My salesperson, Nina never stopped working. In fact, she came in early on the date of pick-up, just to get my car ready, cleaned and detailed, on top of a gracious, full tank of gas!! Unexpected and memorable. Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates made it easy for me to trade in my old car for a new one. In fact, it was a pleasant experience to spend the morning at the dealership. Nina and her team of qualified experts explained every option on my new CLS. The Hoffman team gave me a lesson on all the new hi-tech aspects of the car and set my preferences and phone up for me, prior to signing on the dotted line.
