Since Rahal sold to Germain, the service has gotten worse. An almost 6 week wait for State Inspection and oil change just isn't acceptable for a luxury brand car, especially when my wife's dealership ( worse. An almost 6 week wait for State Inspection and oil change just isn't acceptable for a luxury brand car, especially when my wife's dealership (different brand) is always able to accommodate her in a few days. The customer facing service people make it seem like you're a distraction and are aloof. The only ones that provide a high level of service are the guy that gets you the loaner and the lot attendant that brought me my car after service. The actual tech did a very nice job getting me a video quickly and explained what her did very well. I was also given a list of people to rate who I had no interaction with. I couldn't complete the survey without rating them, so they all got 1 star. More
