I had an amazing experience with Heritage Ford. I live out of state and had been checking many dealerships near me for a specific car, but I finally found the perfect one online at Heritage. From the start, our salesperson Noah was outstanding—he was attentive, patient, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. He was responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of working with Theresa in financing, who was so kind and made everything simple and stress-free. Thanks to both of them, I now have my dream car at an affordable price and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.
