He definitely went out of his way to accommodate all my needs .Noah even stayed late one night to make sure I was comfortable driving a new vehicle home in extreme rain conditions and in the dark . As I was in the search of finding exactly what I wanted I came across my car online at Heritage Ford. I inquired and that night, Bill LaBonte had my name on the vehicle. I waited two months for this vehicle came across my car online at Heritage Ford. I inquired and that night, Bill LaBonte had my name on the vehicle. I waited two months for this vehicle to arrive to the dealership and Bill was great at communicating any delays or updates about my car, and was always quick to respond any questions I had. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and I felt like I had known the staff at Heritage Ford for years, like we were old friends. As an out-of-state buyer and a young first-time buyer of a brand new vehicle, I was a little nervous but Teresa in finance made it so easy and throughly went through each page so I understood what I signing. I appreciated that she allowed me to make decisions on my own without hard selling me on add-on packages or insurance. This was a wonderful first experience buying a car and I’d recommend Heritage Ford to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. The staff are exceptional! More

I found it very frustrating to get offered less money for my car at the dealership i bought it from compared to a random dealership not even in vermont. I was offered a solid $10,000 at that dealership then my car at the dealership i bought it from compared to a random dealership not even in vermont.
