Came in for 100,000 mile check-up. Good communication with the sevice department. Saturday service was slow. It took 3 hours for the investigation for the service and another 4 hours t Good communication with the sevice department. Saturday service was slow. It took 3 hours for the investigation for the service and another 4 hours to do the work. I had major damage to lower body splash shield; they drained/refilled brake fluid, drained/refilled transmission fluid, replaced VTEC solenoid valve due to leaking engine oil, and resealed the timing chain tensioner cover due to leaking engine oil. I was there from 9 am until 4pm, much longer than expected. I have had a good experience everytime I have come in for routine maintenance. More
