I saw a car & set up time to test drive online. Was sad car sold within 24hrs. Ivan Khamro was excellent finding me the perfect car, better than I originally wanted! The entire staff at My Certified was amazing! Noah was so helpful and attentive while helping me through the car buying process! After recently totalling my car, car shopping was not something I Noah was so helpful and attentive while helping me through the car buying process! After recently totalling my car, car shopping was not something I was looking forward to. Noah made me feel so much better about my situation and helped me pick a car that was practical for my hour commute to work, and also something I would love! Cody helped me finance the car with a great bank, and made sure I was comfortable with my monthly payment. Cody went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! The manager, Jake, even came out to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Jake was so kind and answered all of my questions so I wouldn't leave feeling unsure about anything. I am so thankful for all them for helping turn my bad situation into such a wonderful experience. If I ever find myself car shopping again in the future I will definitely be coming back! More

Cody was great! My credit rating took a hit recently and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to to get financing. Cody got me financed at a better rate than I ex My credit rating took a hit recently and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to to get financing. Cody got me financed at a better rate than I expected and took what could have been a frustrating process and made it a positive experience. He also has a great sense of humor and good rapport with his coworkers so the whole car buying process is more relaxed and enjoyable. My family will definitely be back the next time we need a vehicle! More
