NOAH TRULY HELPED ME OUT! ! I was in between a rock and hard place. After paying $947.93 for spark plugs and an oil valve leak to get fixed because y'all said that was why it w ! I was in between a rock and hard place. After paying $947.93 for spark plugs and an oil valve leak to get fixed because y'all said that was why it wasn't staying on/turning off on me while driving. The day of pickup, I made it 5 mins down the road to 434 and my car shut off on me again... I immediately called Noah and he told me to bring it back (I was already in the process of trying to do that loll). The tech then said it was the camshaft???? ding ding ding a win for Christian!! I appreciate Christian so much for get babygirl ( my car) back running. Noah advocated for me to receive a goodwill repair to which I greatly appreciate I didn't have much else to offer. Thank you Kia More

I had an 8:45 appointment didn’t leave until 1 pm. I was there so long I door dashed lunch. No one came over to let me know about the delay. Noah did apologize because he wasn’t informed I was the dealership. I believe there should better communication to customers waiting for their service. Because this is the case for most individuals because the dealership doesn’t offer a loaner car while the vehicle is in for a service. I had to sit on the sales office side because of the overcrowded service sitting area and the salespersons should be aware of the language they are using or the conversations they are having amongst waiting customers. Overall rating for this service appointment is very poor. More
