Hansel provided impeccable, friendly and no-pressure service during our remote purchase experience of a Toyota RAV4 at Monrovia dealership. They provided me with documents, facts and a video of the service during our remote purchase experience of a Toyota RAV4 at Monrovia dealership. They provided me with documents, facts and a video of the vehicle in a timely manner and delivered the car within 24 hours at our home in San Diego, which saved me an enormous amount of time. I liked they way they handle the problem of a missing set of keys and resolved the problems to our satisfaction. Kudos to Monrovia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I wish all car dealerships were like them! More
