Happy with the car and the process.
Two big issues, the just off the truck ,Highlander, needed to be cleaned much better than it was. The longer I have it the dirtier I find it to be.

I liked my sales person up until this point, when it comes to showing what safety features there are, how they work and how to use them he was of no help. I am continuing to find out new items the longer I have it. Very poor, If you don’t show me, how would the average buyer know these things.
